The stars of ‘Dawson’s Creek’ reunited on stage at the Richard Rogers Theater in New York City on Monday for a charity, live-reading of the pilot episode benefiting F Cancer, as one of their own — James Van Der Beek — is battling colorectal cancer. James pulled out of the event the day before, citing a stomach bug. He did, however, surprise the crowd with a video message. ‘Hamilton’ creator/star Lin Manuel Miranda stepped in to play Dawson Leery, alongside OG cast members Joshua Jackson (Pacey), Katie Holmes (Joey), Michelle Williams (Jen) and more.
