Liam Payne’s friend, Roger Nores, shares his reaction to being cleared in the singer’s death investigation on ‘Good Morning America.’ Nores was initially hit with a negligent homicide charge, for not taking care of the One Direction member during the final moments before his death in Argentina. Nores says, ‘I couldn’t have known what was going on in that hotel.’
