Nearly three months after ‘General Hospital’ star Johnny Wactor’s death, two 18-year-old men have been charged with his murder. The men were also charged with attempted robbery and grand theft. Two other men were charged in connection to the case: one for attempted robbery and grand theft by embezzlement, the other with being an accessory.
