Miss Teen USA contestant Olivia Travis fell off the pageant stage during a preliminary event last week. The West Virginia native immediately got back on stage and flashed a smile. After placing fifth in the annual competition, Olivia wrote on Instagram, ‘I am simply over the moon.’
