Nicole Scherzinger speaks out about Liam Payne’s death on ‘Good Morning America’ and pays tribute to him on Instagram. On the morning show, the singer says she is ‘heartbroken’ about his death especially because they recently filmed a Netflix show together called ‘Building the Band.’ On Instagram, Nicole shared photos with Liam and fellow judge, Kelly Rowland, on set. She wrote in the caption, ‘You brought so much joy, light and laughter to the lives of those that truly knew you.’ Alongside Simon Cowell, Nicole is credited for the formation of Liam’s former boy band, One Direction, on the 2010 season of ‘The X Factor.’
