Inside Diddy’s unsealed indictment, the disgraced media mogul has been charged with racketeering and sex trafficking. Diddy was arrested Monday night in New York City. His attorney, Marc Agnifilo, says in a statement, ‘[Diddy] is an imperfect person, but he is not a criminal.
