Lil Nas X gave fans a fright late Wednesday night, as he wandered Ventura Blvd. in Studio City, California, in nothing but his underwear. According to TMZ (which obtained photos and video of the incident), police handcuffed the rapper and turned him over to paramedics on a suspected overdose. ET has reached out for comment.
