Blake Lively filed a motion to dismiss two charges of ’emotional distress’ against Justin Baldoni ‘without prejudice’ in their ongoing legal drama over her ‘It Ends With Us’ on-set experience. However, the judge did not agree to the ‘without prejudice’ ask and is barring Lively from bringing up the topic of ’emotional distress’ in trial, unless otherwise granted permission.
